Jennifer Horne

Jennifer is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of sustainable development & operations experience focusing on performance-driven results. As an executive with international real estate firm Lendlease for 12 years, she led development and sustainability teams to achieve successful project outcomes in world class developments, master planned communities and public private partnerships. She is the CEO and Managing Partner of Urban Campus and Core, a development and real estate advisory firm focused on helping clients explore new opportunities, expand existing capabilities, and optimize their real estate footprints.

As a Nashville native and graduate of Vanderbilt University, Jennifer has deep roots in the community and has a vested interest in creating inclusive and sustainable growth. Over the course of her career, she has developed innovative partnerships to design award winning sustainability, DBE engagement and technology solutions to facilitate development and operational performance.

Melissa Koppel

Melissa Koppel is a Vice President with Berkadia Affordable. Melissa has over 15 years of multifamily experience having worked for Citi Community Capital prior to joining Berkadia. While at Citi, she served as a Senior Underwriter where she underwrote over $1 billion in construction and agency loans. Melissa is responsible for executing and originating transactions for the Dallas Affordable Banking Team. Since beginning her career in multifamily real estate, Melissa has been involved with the financing of over $3 billion in loans.

Dominique Pryor-Anderson

Dominique Pryor-Anderson is Founder and CEO of Populace Community Strategy, a consultancy focused on equitable real estate development, affordable housing, and inclusive community engagement. Her professional background spans education, public relations, and serial entrepreneurship. As a self-professed “money making hippie,” she is passionate about social entrepreneurship, and is driven by empowering diverse communities.

Dominique is also the Executive Director of the Tennessee Affordable Housing Coalition, as well as the hybrid, social entrepreneurship incubator-accelerator, Ignite M.O.B. She has built a successful career as a leader, speaker, and facilitator, for key organizations, including Urban Land Institute, and hosts a podcast, re-launching in 2023, called “And So They Did.” In her personal life, she is wife to an analytical creative, mother to a future chef, proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and a faithful member of Raider Nation.

Kelsey Oesmann

Kelsey Oesmann is an architect and the Director of Design & Development with Urban Housing Solutions, Nashville’s leading nonprofit provider of affordable housing. Kelsey came to Nashville in 2017 as an Enterprise Rose Fellow, and has since contributed to the construction or preservation of more than 700 affordable apartments. As an extension of this work, Kelsey designed The Game of Rent board game to help communities have more productive conversations about housing.
